Girls Getaway

My life has been a bit nutso lately. Although it was like planes, trains and automobiles to get there...I went on a Girls Getaway!

Martha's Vineyard was beautiful. We laughed and laughed and laughed some more. We had great meals, relaxing spa treatments and more drinks than I care to admit. Did I mention how much we laughed?? Well, re entry to real life has occurred and it feels like being hit by a semi truck...but I think back to our girl time and I laugh:)

Love you LADYTOWN!

Sprinkler Park

We played at the sprinkler park for a little while this morning. It reminded me of when I use to take the twins when they were smaller. Thomas was so hesitant. It always took him a long time to get wet. Stella, on the other hand, used to jump right in. Who do you think James acted like?

Yep, like sister like brother!

Thomas was busy looking for love bugs.

James ran and ran and then he would periodically stop and look for his "Bubba" or "Nana". Here is a video and you will see James stop and then find Stella, he points and says "Nana".

What do you mean we have to go??

A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words

If there was one picture to sum up how James feels about the sprinkler park....this would be it:

A Magical Day

Over the weekend, my mother-in-law took us to Disney. There were eleven of us total and here are the five little ones:

Thomas, Emily, Stella, James, Maria
Raise your hand if you are happy to be at Disney!

I was only able to take pictures when everyone was busy and/or contained in a high chair...so I do have pictures from lunch!

The twins were thrilled to see Mickey and Minnie:)

James, not so much. We will be back in October so maybe he will have warmed up to the idea by then?

The castle! And James beginning to fall asleep...

Grandma Stella, such a trooper, with her cast on!

So sleepy and hot:)

It was really hot but very, very special for the kiddos to go with their cousins. It was a day filled with magical memories:)
