Pregnancy Brain

IKEA is celebrating one year of being in Orlando, so tonight I took the kids. They had magic shows and face painting too. Stella had her face done like a kitten. I really wish I could show you a picture, but I have misplaced the camera. Let's just add that to the list of items that I have lost in the past five months. My pregnancy brain is making it very difficult for me to remember and hold on to anything. Here is my list of lost items:

1. camera
2. two bible study books
3. the only set of keys that can disarm my car alarm
4. Stella's long sleeve pink dress which she may never forgive me for losing
5. my coupon organizer

Ok, so I have not misplaced any of my children or pets yet but holy cow...I feel like my IQ has dramatically dropped!! Isn't it ironic that when I need to be at my best to get prepared for a new baby coming, I am seriously handicapped when it comes to my thought processes.

Seriously? You will be ok! You already have everything you need to feed the baby attached to your body, you have both girl and boy clothes so you don't have to worry there, and you have the experience of already having done this thing before, with not one, but TWO babies! I feel your pain, though. Being super pregnant, being a mom, wife, trying to graduate, and applying to grad school all at once sucked the life out of me.

I'm going to guess that you will have it all together by the time this critter makes his/her appearance...and if you don't it sure will LOOK like you do!

I know the feeling! I felt very much in a fog while pregnant. I never believed it till it happened to me! Do you know what you are having yet???

as long as you haven't lost the children...you're good.
and haven't your children taught you that preparations are completely futile, yet??

You are definitely going to have your hands full! Three kids? Whew....

By the way, I cannot believe the IKEA has already been here for a year. Crazy how time flies!
