Love was in the air tonight on LOST. Kate and Sawyer were reunited and, awwwww....he wants to stay on the island and 'play house' with her. Also, the focus of tonights episode was on Sayid and his love interest Elsa (who had on the same bracelet that Naomi had!). Before I go on, I have some questions:
1. Who was the guy that Sayid was playing golf with? I know he was on 'the list' but do we know him? And doesn't that 'list' remind you of the 'list' the others had in the very beginning when the plane first crashed??
2. Ben is Sayid's employer?? So is it possible that Ben is the reason the Oceanic 6 are wacko in the future? Can he STILL be manipulating them? And...If Ben experiments on puppies, I'm going to hate him more than ever!!!
3. Sayid killed Elsa but she was already setting him up?
The good news is we know one more of the Oceanic Six. We now have:
1. Kate
2. Jack
3. Hurley
4. Sayid
5. ??
6. ??
I still think Sun and Jin get off the island but I am so sad Claire is not one of them. Lynn was so right! Sayid gets off the island.
I can not wait until next week to see where this is all going with the helicopter crew. There is a time delay on the island? Does that have something to do with the crash and/or the cover up?
Sometimes this show drives me crazy. You get one piece of information and three more questions are raised.

umm... not to split hairs.. but I thought Sayid got of the island too! :-)
I think that Charlie wants Hurley to go get or help Claire.. remember that from an episode or two ago?
The most wonderful part is the writer's strike is over.. so we'll get all 16 episodes... not just 8!
I haven't processed everything yet.. so maybe more later.

Ok, so last night's episode confused me a bit- but I was fighting to keep my eyes open and I was recovering from a root canal:) I am going to watch it again and get back to all of you. I just couldn't process all of it...

Grrrr, I love this show, but I hate it.
1. Sayid is working for Ben to protect his friends? It must be the real deal that he is protecting them from something because Sayid would never be maniplulated by Ben's lies. He's too smart. And I have a huge crush on him!
2. I think we have to consider that Sawyer gets off the Island. Kate tells Jack in the season finale that she has to get back to someone because he's waiting. If it isn't Sawyer, I think the only other possibility is that Kate has to get back to Ben. ewww. So if Ben is alive.......who's funeral did Jack attend?
3. The time delay has my mind completely twisted. I can only think it has something to do with a cover-up/consipiracy involving the crash. But how is time delayed? I can't wait to see how this is explained.
4. Though it is so easy to hate Ben, I'm gonna throw this out there. What if he isn't the bad guy? Or at least the most dangersous? Don't ask me to support that claim right now.......just thinking.

I am thinking Sawyer gets off the island too. I know I said Sun and Jin but last night they said on the next episode that one more of the Oceanic 6...how can they reveal Sun without Jin?? I think you may be right.
Although...the whole Kate/Ben..maybe. Ben as the good guy...maybe. I felt the same way but can not put my finger on it....but that is sooo LOST.
Ok, now what about this....Sayid gets off the island with the help of Ben and is somehow indebted to him. Sayid dies and it is his funeral but Jack/Kate are angry with him b/c of the way he got off the island. ????? Maybe??
Ok, this is all I have to add... Didn't Desmond tell Charlie he had one of his premonitions and Claire and Aaron were getting into a helicopter to get off the island?
Oh, one more thing. The funeral Jack attended may be a character we have yet to be introduced to. Who knows how far forward these flashes are and how much happened in between...

I am so glad you said that! He did tell Charlie they were getting off! Do they count as one person?
I agree the the funeral guy too. I am not sure he is one of the six...he could play a different role.
Let me tell you my thinking- I thought Sayid got off the island because remember at one point Ben turned some folks away because they weren't the type he wanted.. he doesn't want the Kates and Sawyers of the world.. he wants naive and not smarter than him... Sayid is in Kate and Sawyer's realm- a criminal- and really the only way you will trick Sayid is to make him do something that will get others hurt he cares about- he'd give himself up in a minute.
Jack was promised he could get off the island if he did the surgery, and for some unknown reason Ben has always pushed Hurley away.
So the other person he has promised could get off the island is Juliet. I think Ben always keeps his word. So I think Juliet is the 6th person (Sawyer being the 5th).. and perhaps the one who died- she had no family left.
One other theory on he will wake up and realize I'm gone.. could Kate get pregnant with Sawyer's baby- could he be a kid?
I think you are right with Sawyer. Does Juliet count as an Oceanic Six b/c she wasn't on the plane??
I don't know... I struggle with how they would explain that one...
It would also make sense to me if Sawyer was one of them.. because he doesn't want to be.. and that would be right up Ben's alley.
Maybe the 6th one is Desmond.. but again.. he wasn't on Oceanic 815..
this is confusing...
oh well..
I think (hope) Desmond and Juliet get off but they are not considered one of the Oceanic 6. I think in the flash forwards they are just revelaing who from the flight gets off the island.
