Mother Code

I thought there was a mother code when it came to motherhood. I imagined having the twins and being welcomed with open arms into the secret society. My new mentors would then share with me the answers to all my questions.

Ha!

I guess the same way some girls don't understand girl code, some mother's do not understand the mother code.

Yes, I know what she is wearing. No, it does not match. At all. She is three and a half and wants to pick out her own clothes. I try my best to have her looking presentable but I also pick my battles. I do recognize that a pink skirt with silver sequins does not look right with a turquoise sparkly tank top.

I do not need the look. Read up on the mother code.

That sounds like a cute outfit to me :)

I mean, maybe that's why I have a boy to dress LOL

BTW, I'm glad you like my bitchiness! I promise that I'm [actually] much nicer than I sound via blog LOL seriously.

thanks :-D

I always just politely say- she has way more fashion sense than her mother... orange and green tights, teal summer skirt, maroon shirt with sequins and most importantly a pink Boston Red Sox hat... oh.. and brown, red and black boots..

Remind me to tell you the Anna Brown wore tights on her head story... that's what you need to remember...
